Agreement to give the social media consultant creative license and use their unique skill and talents
Ability for the social media consultant to take on other business activities and clients during the agreement
Policies around rescheduling, cancellations and early termination fees, including what happens when the client vs. the social media consultant wishes to cancel
Standard legal clauses including: Representations and warranties, confidentiality, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, compliance with law, amendments, waiver, assumption of risk, indemnification, merger, notice, and force majeure
