    • Ability for the editor to complete work for other clients and take on other business activities

    • How cancellations and rescheduling would be handled (wether requested by the client or the photograph

    • What happens if the editor is incapacitated and cannot complete the work

    • Standard legal clauses including: representations and warranties, limitation of liability, merger, notice, force majeure, compliance with law, amendments, assumption of risk, indemnification and dispute resolution
