How the photos may or may not be used in the editors portfolio
Ability for the editor to complete work for other clients and take on other business activities
How cancellations and rescheduling would be handled (wether requested by the client or the photograph
What happens if the editor is incapacitated and cannot complete the work
Standard legal clauses including: representations and warranties, limitation of liability, merger, notice, force majeure, compliance with law, amendments, assumption of risk, indemnification and dispute resolution
