Venue Rental Agreement
Venue Rental Agreement
I’m convinced that venue owners have one of the most incredible jobs- venue owners, not only do you get to work in some of the most stunning locations, but you host some of the most important celebrations in people’s lives.
However, I don’t have to tell you this: any time you’re inviting someone onto your property, you up the ante of liability. Who exactly is liable for those intoxicated guests? What happens if you make improvements to the property before the event…and your client gets angry? Exactly how many hours does that client have access to the property? This contract was drafted in conjunction with venue owners around the country, and is ready to start protecting your business the minute you download it.
