• Policies around rescheduling, cancellations and early termination fees, including what happens when the client vs. the Pinterest manage wishes to cancel

• Agreement on exclusivity, that the client will not hire any other service provider to provide the same service

• Definition of the relationship of the parties, that the Pinterest Manager is an independent contractor and not an employee

• Who owns the copyright and intellectual property rights

• Agreement to give the Pinterest Manager creative license

• Ability for the Pinterest Manage to take on other business activities and clients during the agreement

• Standard legal clauses including: Representations and warranties, confidentiality, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, compliance with law, amendments, waiver, assumption of risk, indemnification, merger, and force majeure
