Every time you take on a new client to provide your services to, you’ll want to sign a contract with them.
Our Copywriting agreement is perfect for those one-off projects.
If you also plan to offer ongoing service to your clients, such as ‘5 hours of copywriting services a month,’ or ‘4 blog posts a month’ in other words keeping your clients “on retainer,” then we recommend our retainer agreement!
We take it that as a copywriter, you probably know the importance of a fabulous website (and the client-charming words on it!)
In order to protect your business and your site visitors, you’ll want the following two essential templates on your website, the Privacy Policy & the Website Terms & Conditions.

If you’re ready to take the step to incorporate your business as a LLC, you’ll need an operating agreement in order to start the incorporation process.

The Single Member LLC is for you if you’re founding the LLC solo.
