The Virtual Assistant Agreement
The Virtual Assistant Agreement
The virtual assistant agreement is exactly what you need before you start your virtual assistant business. It’ll lay out questions you need to answer before you enter into the relationship- such as, what accounts will you get access to? What happens if your client doesn’t provide you with access to the accounts you need to get the job done? Who owns what you create? What must be kept confidential?
This template is intentionally written from the perspective of the contractor, so that as an employer, you’re able to hand over an agreement that’s easy for your hire to read. However, this contract will protect BOTH sides completely equally.
