The Retainer Agreement
The Retainer Agreement
Under this Agreement, you’ll finally have answers to those pesky questions like… what happens if a client needs to roll over hours to another month? What about those clients who want to call/meet…all.the.time? This template will clearly manage both sides’ expectations from the outset, so that you can feel safe entering into a long-term relationship.
If you offer any kind of retainer services for your clients, you MUST have a retainer agreement. This template is drafted for anyone from graphic designers to consulting teams – anyone who offers services to clients on a recurring basis.
