Option for the client to purchase an extended license and therefore have the right to print an unlimited amount of additional items
Ability for the Interior Designer to share images/videos/media of the work for promotional purposes
Request/requirement for the client to credit the Interior Designer anytime photos/videos/media of the designs is displayed on social media or websites
Statement on confidentiality
The Interior Designer retains creative license rights to perform the services with their specialized skill and talent
Permission for you the Interior Designer to participate in other business activities and serve other clients while in the current client agreement
Standard legal clauses, including: Representations and warranties, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, compliance with law, amendments, waiver, assumption of risk, indemnification, merger, and force majeure
