  • No, each provision has been drafted by a practicing attorney and reviewed by industry peers.

  • Yes, if you were a customer before May 27, 2024, your portal was automatically moved to the new portal.

    You will be considered a Founding Member and will automatically have access to your portal and purchased templates (like you do now). PLUS you will have the opportunity to lock in the lowest monthly rate we will ever offer for the builder and GPT. 

  • Yes, you will be able to download a standard template, or use the builder to build out your own.

  • No, the subscription allows you to customize any CLS templates that are currently in your portal (what you’ve purchased in the past) and any additional CLS templates you choose to purchase in the future. 

    Each contract in the Foundry™ is built into the software with 800+ decisions and triggering events mapped in the background. For this reason, you won’t be able to add a non-CLS template to the builder.

  • Not all of our contracts are rolled out to the Creative Law Foundry™ yet. All other templates are part of our V2 rollout and will be available in early Fall 2024. Keep an eye out for our emails!
